Our show focuses in three areas:
1. Natural animal health and care
2. Animal nature/intelligence
3. The human-animal bond

Our show airs live every Wednesday at 2:30 PM Eastern on BlogTalk Radio at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/animaltalknaturally or use this url http://www.Holistic-Pet-Audio.com. Immediately following the live show, the recorded podcast version is available at the live site for a short window of 3-4 days. Each show is also available here on our main site within a week of each live appearance, also for a short window of 3-4 days. Otherwise the shows are available by paid monthly or yearly subscriptions sent to listeners via email.
Show lengths are as follows:
1. Most of our shows are 45 minutes in length – normal listening time for the internet
2. Thirty minutes for book review and event announcement shows
3. Sixty minutes when we have multiple guests appearing together and for veterinary-related shows
Here are the criteria for being considered as a guest on our show:
The Do Nots
1. We are of a Christian, Bible-based faith. While we respect that most of our guests and potential guests are not of the same faith, we however want to honor the God of our faith with our work for the animals. This means certain topics (such as animal communication) will not be discussed on the show.
2. We do not do product specific shows. If you have a wonderful new product you would like to have advertised on the show please go to our advertising page and submit the information for either an audio commercial within the show, or banner advertising within our monthly newsletter here:

3. We do not focus on shows of any type of extremism on any side of the animal welfare fence. Don’t contact us for this type of show. There are other shows that will accommodate you. We focus on education here, thank you.
The Dos
1. If you are an author with a great book that focuses on one, two or all three of the show focus, then we require you DO send a copy of your book to each of us, Dr. Kim & Dr. Jeannie, to read first before we will commit to a show. We’ll let you know where to send the books once we’ve determined first if your book fits within our criteria. We DO love to interview guest authors.
2. If you have a great documentary film you’d like to share with our audience, again we DO require you to send a copy of the DVD version to each of us, Dr. Kim & Dr. Jeannie, to view prior to us committing to a guest appearance on our show.
3. If you are a publicist contacting us for a guest appearance, then we will need to discuss with you the fee for booking your client on the show.

5. Once you are booked on the show, please listen to some of our shows prior to coming on the show so you can get a feel for our style of interviewing. We ad lib our show after doing our homework on you so don’t expect us to have pre-written questions for you to memorize prior to coming on the show. We prefer a natural approach to everything in our lives including the interviews on our show. We work in a conversational style so be prepared to hear us interject our comments into the conversation. Our goal however is to shine the spotlight on you and the work you are doing for the animals and their humans. For a list of all our shows go to this page:

6. We also require that you email us a photo of you to use on both the live show site and on our main site. We also will need written permission from you via email, for us to use your voice and photo, along with your bio, and any additional information for us to be informed while interviewing you on the show about your work. Please make sure to get that information to us well in advance of your appearance on the show. Those guests who have made this part of the partnership the easiest and most enjoyable have often become repeat guests on the show along with us continuing to promote their work.
7. Help us to promote your appearance by letting your contacts know about the live show and how they can attend. We send out weekly announcements with the information on how to attend live so there should be no doubt about your call-in number or how to attend the live show.
8. We book our show months in advance, so we need a FIRM commitment from you on your appearance. If you can not make your appearance we need at least a week’s notice unless you have a special emergency so we can book another guest in your place. We appreciate your consideration in this area.

We don’t provide a phone number here because we make our living by offering consultations to clients. If we had the phone number posted, we’d be contacted all the time with requests for free consultations, so no phone number. Email us first and we’ll respond in a timely fashion.
